Scheduling & Coordination
- Work closely with Project Managers to maintain and adjust schedules.
- Coordinate materials, deliveries, and subtrade sequencing.
- Communicate jobsite updates and requirements clearly to internal teams.
- Proactively identify scheduling risks or potential delays and work with Operations and Project Management to adjust resources and keep projects on track.
Customer Service, Warranty & Deficiencies
- Represent the company with professionalism on every project, communicating clearly with homeowners throughout all stages of construction to ensure a positive overall experience
- Maintain proactive communication to support client confidence and satisfaction
- Support resolution of service and warranty items in a timely and respectful manner
Team Development & Mentorship
- Support and mentor junior installers and apprentices.
- Contribute to improving field processes and consistency across projects.
- Promote teamwork, accountability and pride in workmanship.
What Success Looks Like

- Crews respect your leadership and follow direction consistently
- Projects are delivered with strong workmanship, minimal rework, and clear accountability for site execution
- Clients feel informed, respected, and confident throughout the process
- Teams continue to improve in skill, consistency, and accountability
What We’re Looking For
- 8–12 years of residential construction experience in Ontario, specifically within custom home building, home renovations, or design-build environments.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a site leadership, foreperson, or construction management role.
- Experience as an Assistant Site Superintendent will also be considered, particularly where there is clear exposure to site coordination and day-to-day execution.
- Strong hands-on technical skills in framing, glazing, roofing, or related trades within custom residential construction.
- Solid understanding of the Ontario Building Code and construction sequencing.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to take ownership, make decisions on site, and keep projects moving forward
- Comfortable working directly with homeowners and representing the company on site.
- Experience coordinating or participating in municipal inspections and working with city officials.
- Strong planning skills with the ability to anticipate project needs and coordinate materials in advance.
- Ability to manage changing priorities and adjust plans as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across the GTA.
Why Join The Team
- Competitive compensation, health and dental benefits, and a stable, team-oriented work environment
- Opportunity to lead and support on-site execution and influence how projects are run day to day.
- Work with well-engineered products and deliver quality you can stand behind
